The paper "Bloom Filter Encryption and Applications to Efficient Forward-Secret 0-RTT Key Exchange" by Kai Gellert and Tibor Jager (in collaboration with David Derler from DFINITY and Daniel Slamanig and Christoph Striecks from the Austrian Institute of Technology) has been accepted to the Journal of Cryptology.

This paper presents a key exchange protocol with minimal latency, which can achieve strong security properties such as forward security for all sent messages. This protocol is the first key exchange with minimal latency and forward security that is efficient enough, to be implemented in practice.
